The Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Rocks is one of the two islets off the coast ofPerast in the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. It is an artificial island created by a bulwarkof rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks. It was built in 1452.Bill, Jirachai and a number of friends took a small boat t across just as a giant VirginCruise ship deposited thousands of people onto the small island.Bill painted this picture in protest.
